It does not get much better that last week’s Photo Book Making and Design Workshop at MMW+C. The students were creative, energetic, and inspiring. Here’s just one example of a few pages from a book made by photographer Lynn Osborn.

Did I mention our special guest Gary Briechle? He paid a visit to the class and talked about the process he experienced leading up to his recent book published by Twin Palms Publishers. And he shared a box of prints with us too!

featured in Lenscratch

I  am excited to share that my newest project “Genesis” was featured in Lenscratch. A huge thank you to Aline Smithson for her kind words and support. Here’s a highlight of Aline’s introduction  … ” Deanna uses photographic processes and random gestures or movements made by slugs as they navigate across the paper, in slow determined paths. The results are heavenly markings that reflect time, movement, and things left behind.”  You view the full post here.
